Safe System Reference Material

A1 Risk Solutions Safe System of Work is an extensive collection of more than 300 instruction documents containing written guidance and supporting images to guide users through the various techniques in 'People Handling and Manual Handling'.

Each document relates to, and is supported by an instructional training video found in the video library.

Documents and videos can be viewed online or downloaded to the desktop, tablet or smartphone for quick reference for future viewing when Internet access is limited.

Each document is produced in pdf format and includes a blank page for staff and users to make further notes, specific to the patient and current situation at the time.

HANDLING PLAN AND SAFE SYSTEM OF WORK

The system holds over 300 Safe System and Handling Plans. These documents; in pdf format, are ready to view online and be download or printed for reference whilst performing a specific task when not within 'System', or for use when internet access is limited.

Documents cover a comprehensive range of different techniques, procedures and equipment use, information that has already undergone a risk assessment.
