Payment Terms

We will invoice 8 weeks before the course start date. If booked less than 8 weeks before, we will invoice upon receiving your booking.

Payment is due 28 days before the course. If booked less than 28 days before the start date, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.Payment deadlines are strict. If payment is not made within 7 days of the due date, we may:

1. Charge 4% interest above HSHC Bank’s base rate on the overdue amount, accruing from the due date until paid.

2. Recover legal and collection costs from you.

3. Cancel your booking until payment is made.

4. Withhold any certificates from the course.

Cancellation/Date Change Policy:

- Name changes are free.

- If you cancel or change the course date, notify us in writing. Cancellation fees are:

- Less than 4 weeks: 100% of the fee

- Between 4 and 8 weeks: 75% of the fee

- More than 8 weeks: £125 admin fee

After cancellation notice, we will:

- Refund the balance after deducting charges if you've already paid, or

- Invoice you for the cancellation charges if you haven't paid yet.
