With over two decades of experience in clinical governance, healthcare operations, and patient safety strategy, Norma brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to A1 Risk Solutions at a time of strategic growth and innovation. She will be responsible for overseeing the company’s clinical delivery framework, optimising operational processes, and driving excellence.

Prior to joining A1 Risk Solutions, Norma held senior leadership roles in both the private and public sector, where she led national safety programmes, improved patient outcomes, and managed multidisciplinary teams across complex healthcare environments. Her background in clinical quality and transformation will play a key role in supporting A1’s mission to help healthcare providers reduce risk and deliver safer, more effective care.
